Review of St Peter's PSS - Social Work written by a patient
23rd April 2015

Harriet was very reliable when it came to phoning men back. She let me rant to the phone without trying to stop me. I felt she had empathy but was practical too. Gave information when I wanted it.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a patient
23rd April 2015

The counsellor really gave me the opportunity to talk about whatever I needed at all. I think I had more sessions than I was going to have initially and even then we decided [mutually] that we should bring them to an end, and when this would be.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a family member

Advice time excellent a practical support/action from community nurse specialist good. emotional support from CNS would have been better. Had to actively contact CNS for referral to bereavement services when feeling rather vulnerable and the immediate days following my husbands death. Felt rather abandoned by service.

Review of St Peter's Day Services - Fatigue and Breathlessness Course written by a patient
23rd April 2015

The atmosphere throughout the 5 week course was totally relaxed and informative. All staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I particularly found the fan and other handouts very useful and to continue to use the relaxation CD (brilliant) and do the exercises daily. However the pedometer didn't work as well as I had hoped. I would most certainly recommended these sessions to anyone thinking about attending a breathlessness course.

Simply, I had a positive time. I was simple there for counselling but I was very impressed with the surrounding, the atmosphere and everything, the atmosphere and everything in general. The desk staff were also very pleasant welcoming.
